Job summary

Robertson Wright is seeking a mid to senior Associate to join its TMT M&A team. The ideal candidate will have around 5 years of M&A exposure, gained at a technology-focused boutique, mid-market, or Big 4 consultancy.

The role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile transactions across TMT, Tech, Media and Digital Infra sectors, in a collegiate culture. Applicants should hold an excellent undergraduate degree and demonstrate strong financial analysis skills, client-ready pitch-book

Qualifications

• Around 5 years of M&A transaction exposure.
• Excellent education and undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in tech boutiques, mid-market shops or Big 4 consultancies preferred.
• TMT/Tech/Media/Digital Infra sector expertise preferred.

We are currently working on an extremely exciting opportunity with a client who are looking to hire a mid to senior level Associate to join their TMT M&A team. The firm are a technology and digital transformation boutique with a strong track record and name in the market.

The ideal candidate will be someone with around 5 years of M&A transaction exposure, operating at another tech boutique, mid market shop or big 4 consultancy.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collegiate culture where you would be working across some of the most high profile and exciting transactions in the TMT space. TMT/Tech/Media/Digital Infra sector expertise would be highly preferable, although candidates who can demonstrate a desire to operate within TMT space going forward would be considered. An excellent education and undergraduate degree is a prerequisite.
