Analyst - Technology M&A/ IBD advisory - Global Bank

We are now working with a global investment bank with a very successful technology advisory team. This team mainly advises European technology companies on M&A, as well as some capital raising work.

They are now looking to add an Investment Banking Analyst to their team who will work on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and deal execution.

They are interested in meeting people who will have a background as follows:

1. Investment bankers with other firms
2. Corporate Finance/ TS advisors/ ACAs from the Big Four
