Superb opportunity to join the secondaries advisory team of this tier one firm.

We are now working with a top global advisory firm, who are looking to add an Analyst to their Secondaries advisory group. This team advises private equity secondaries funds on secondary transactions.

Day to day, this will involve the following duties:

  1. Origination of new secondaries deals
  2. Financial modelling and deal structuring for the deals
  3. Analysis of financing and capital raising options
  4. Extensive client interaction

They are interested in meeting people who will have a background as follows:

  1. 2nd or 3rd year analysts with other banks
  2. ACAs with experience in lead advisory or M&A with a major firm
