We are currently working on an extremely exciting opportunity with a client who is looking to hire a Senior Analyst to join their services M&A team. The firm is a US mid-market investment bank with a strong track record and reputation in the market.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have around 2-3 years of M&A transaction experience, gained at an investment bank or corporate finance boutique. The firm would also consider standout candidates from top mid-market platforms or a Big 4 firm, provided they have clear and demonstrable lead advisory experience.

Opportunities and Sector Focus

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a collegiate culture, handling some of the most high-profile and exciting transactions in the business services sector. Sector expertise in TMT/Tech/IT Services or Business Services would be highly advantageous, although candidates with a strong desire to operate within these spaces will also be considered.
