As an Analyst, you will be involved in the full transaction cycle—from preparing pitches and financial models to client presentations and engagement with investors.

Job Responsibilities

• Project coordination, including client communication and internal/external team collaboration
• Developing content for strategic client meetings
• Conducting valuation and financial analyses, such as DCF, comparables, LBO, and transaction structuring
• Preparing presentation materials for transactions and strategic discussions
• Managing deal execution and supporting client coverage through regular engagement
• Interacting with senior team members and clients to execute transactions and explore strategic options
• Collaborating with product and sector teams across the firm

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Investment banking internship or full-time experience
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively
