The ideal candidate will have around 2-3 years of M&A transaction experience, preferably from an investment bank or a corporate finance boutique. The firm may also consider standout candidates from top mid-market platforms or a Big 4 firm if they possess clear and demonstrable lead advisory experience.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative culture, dealing with high-profile and exciting transactions in the business services sector. Experience in TMT/Tech/IT Services or Business Services sectors is highly preferable, though candidates with a strong desire to operate in these areas will also be considered.
