Job Description:

Pearse Partners is working with a strong European Investment Bank, looking to expand their Power, Utilities and Infrastructure team with a senior analyst hire. The team has strong deal flow and aims to expand support for deal teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of M&A deal experience from another IB.

Key responsibilities:

• Execution of transactions (M&A) across the PUI sector
• Involved in all deal aspects, from origination to completion, including drafting IMs, preparing pitch presentations, modelling, and supporting senior management throughout the M&A process
• Providing support to senior bankers in developing and maintaining client relationships

Ideal Background:

• Minimum 2+ years working in an Investment Banking environment
• M&A full deal lifecycle experience
• Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
