Job Description:

We have partnered with a leading US Investment Bank looking to expand their Renewables & Infrastructure team at the Analyst 2 level. The team has strong deal flow, works on landmark deals in the MM/UMM space, and is looking to expand to support deal teams. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of strong financial modelling experience working on M&A, Debt Advisory, and/or Project Finance advisory transactions.

Key responsibilities:

• Execution of transactions (M&A and Debt Advisory) across various sub-sectors within the energy and infrastructure space
• Involved in all deal aspects, from origination to completion, including drafting IMs, preparing pitch presentations, leading on modelling, and supporting senior management throughout the M&A and Debt Advisory process

Ideal Background:

• 1+ years of sector-relevant transaction experience in a bank, developer, or big 4/financial advisory firm
• Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills
