The fund has an excellent track record in investing in and exiting stakes in successful UK brands and businesses. They are a generalist fund, investing across various sectors.

They are seeking to recruit an Investment Associate to join their team, who will be responsible for:

• Participating in all aspects of the investment process
• Supporting evaluation, structuring, negotiation, and financing of transactions
• Leading and assisting with due diligence workstreams
• Assisting with deal negotiations with advisors

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working with a UK-focused private equity fund
• A background in investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance
• A deal sheet or investment track record focused on the UK markets

Experience in investing in the UK markets is essential.
