We are working with the UK team of a major European mid-market private equity fund.

The fund has an exceptional track record in investing in and exiting stakes in successful UK brands and businesses. They are a generalist fund, investing across various sectors.

They are now looking to recruit an Investment Associate to their team, who will be responsible for:

• Full involvement in all aspects of the investment process
• Supporting evaluation, structuring, negotiation, and financing of transactions
• Leading and assisting with diligence workstreams
• Assisting with deal negotiations with advisors

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working with a UK-focused private equity fund
• A background in investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance
• A very UK-focused deal sheet or investment track record

The candidate must have experience investing in UK markets.
