Job Opportunity: Investment Analyst/Associate

Partnered with a reputable Living Sector Investment Management firm, this team has the capital ready to execute multiple billion-dollar transactions in the coming years. The team is lean, agile, and well-known in the market.

They are seeking an individual at the Analyst or Associate level to join their dynamic team, with encouragement to grow towards an Investment Management role in the medium term.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the origination of new investments, including site visits and deal engagement.
2. Analyze investments through financial modeling and detailed research, and present findings to the investment committee.
3. Collaborate closely with Asset Management teams, gaining exposure to the full transaction lifecycle.
4. Prepare Investment Committee papers to facilitate new investments.
5. Build and maintain financial models at both investment and fund levels.
6. Assist in preparing investor reports, presentations, and addressing investor inquiries.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience in the Living sector, with a preference for those with affordable housing experience.
• MRICS qualification is advantageous.
