A top-tier private equity fund based in London is looking to add a Dutch-speaking Associate to their investment team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end investment process, including origination, due diligence, financial modeling, and preparation of investment committee materials.
• Conduct comprehensive industry and company analysis, including market sizing, competitor mapping, and operational benchmarking.
• Work with senior team members and portfolio company management to drive strategic and operational initiatives.
• Monitor financial and strategic performance of portfolio companies and support value creation efforts.
• Participate in deal sourcing efforts and sector research, especially within the Dutch and broader Benelux market.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in investment banking, management consulting, investor relations, or private equity.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (additional European languages are a plus).
• Strong academic credentials from a top-tier university or business school.
• Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and operate with high attention to detail.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
