A leading global infrastructure investment manager is seeking a high-calibre Associate to join its European Investment Team in London. The firm manages over $40 billion in assets across infrastructure sectors such as utilities, energy, transport, digital infrastructure, and environmental assets, with a global footprint spanning North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Play a key role in deal teams, leading and supporting core transaction workstreams
  • Build and review detailed financial models and valuations to support investment decisions
  • Coordinate due diligence processes, managing external advisers and investment banks
  • Prepare investment committee materials and present findings to senior stakeholders
  • Conduct in-depth market and sector research to inform investment theses
  • Track deals, manage CRM systems and pipeline data
  • Work closely with global colleagues and senior advisors across the firm’s platforms

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in buy-side private equity, ideally with exposure to infrastructure or related sectors
  • 4 years of experience post internship
  • A strong background in investment banking
  • Proven ability to lead financial modelling and analysis independently
  • Strong academic credentials, with a minimum 2:1 (or equivalent) from a top-tier university
  • Exceptional communication, analytical and organisational skills
  • A team-oriented, ambitious, and humble approach
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases
