Job summary

Insight Investment is seeking an Investment Specialist to join our Structured Credit team, focusing on analysing and recommending structured finance investments across the capital structure, from Investment Grade debt to unrated instruments.

The role requires rigorous financial modelling, strong quantitative analysis, and the ability to present findings to senior colleagues to support investment decisions within a collaborative, global asset management firm.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience at an asset management company or bank.
• Strong investment analysis experience in the structured credit asset class.
• Strong interest in financial markets.
• Familiar with Bloomberg / Intex.
• Flexible and comfortable with changing priorities depending on workload.
• Execution and detail oriented while working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Able to work well independently, and take direction as required.
• Highly quantitative with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in technology and how tools such as AI can support internal processes and better outcomes for clients.
