An established health and social care regulator is looking for an Investigator to join their Fitness to Practise Directorate. Job Title: Investigator (Fitness to Practise Directorate)

A health and social care regulator is seeking an Investigator to join their Fitness to Practise (FTP) Directorate for a two-month contract.

Responsibilities:

1. Draft interview plans.
2. Conduct interviews with witnesses.
3. Draft witness statements.
4. Assist in processing queries.
5. Support the FTP process as needed.

Qualifications:

• Legal background and knowledge of investigations.
• Extensive experience working within FTP.
• Prior demonstrable experience in writing witness statements.

Contract Details:

• Hourly rate: £25.82 + £3.12 per hour PAYE or £34.29 per hour Umbrella.
• Work location: London office, 1-2 days per week.
