Your impact

If you are an experienced antibody and protein engineering expert ready to redefine therapeutic discovery, we seek a Senior Research Investigator/Scientific Leader to lead the design of novel large molecule therapeutics using our generative AI platform.

This role offers the chance to work closely with top AI, ML, and drug discovery experts to develop innovative approaches based on generative AI for designing and optimizing protein therapeutics. You will play a key role in biologics projects from early discovery to candidate selection and clinical impact.

This position requires deep scientific expertise and curiosity to explore new therapeutic design frontiers.

What you will do

• Integrate cutting-edge AI into drug design and define scientific and technical strategies for antibody programs.
• Lead the de novo design and engineering of biologics from concept to candidate.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to deliver high-quality scientific solutions.
• Manage external collaborations and lead programs to meet milestones efficiently.
• Mentor and develop team members within our biologics group to foster scientific excellence.

Skills and qualifications

• PhD in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.
• Significant industry experience in pharma/biotech focused on large molecule discovery.
• Proven leadership or substantial contribution to antibody therapeutics discovery and optimization.
• Expertise in antibody engineering, complex formats, and protein structure-function relationships.
• Experience with de novo design and advanced protein engineering techniques.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience managing external collaborations for antibody development.
• Strategic, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, adaptability, and curiosity to challenge norms.

Nice to have

• Leadership experience across biologics platforms or modalities.
• Background in immunology or oncology biologics discovery.
