A leading company is seeking Investigators to safeguard the customer experience by investigating online e-commerce risks. This remote role requires proficiency in English and Turkish, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The position involves investigating suspicious activities, enforcing policies, and collaborating with various teams to minimize risks. Candidates must be flexible with shift timings and able to meet productivity standards.
WORK LOCATION: This is a remote, home-based role. Candidates must live in or be willing to relocate to Ireland.
CONTRACT: 6 months.
SHIFT REQUIREMENTS: Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday, with fixed hours typically from 8-17h. Shift timings are confirmed after training, requiring flexibility.
START DATE: 7th July 2025.
