WORK LOCATION: This is a remote, home-based role. Candidates must live in or be willing to relocate to Ireland.

CONTRACT: 6 months.

SHIFT REQUIREMENTS: Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday, with fixed hours typically from 8-17h. Shift timings are confirmed after training, requiring flexibility.

START DATE: 7th July 2025.

Role Overview

We are seeking Investigators to evaluate transactions, safeguard our global customer base, and maintain a high-quality customer experience by investigating and mitigating online e-commerce risks.

Responsibilities
  1. Investigate suspicious buyer activity and behaviors that could pose risks to Amazon, customers, or merchants.
  2. Communicate via email and phone with buyers, merchants, and internal teams to assess risks.
  3. Enforce Amazon's Policy Guidelines to maintain site quality.
  4. Identify and help minimize fraud patterns and trends, following escalation procedures when necessary.
  5. Participate in special projects and collaborate with relevant teams.
  6. Achieve or exceed weekly productivity and quality standards.
Basic Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English and Turkish, with strong written communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service or retail environments.
  • Knowledge or experience in fraud/risk management.
  • Background in insurance, finance, data analysis, research, translation, or training.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-disciplined, proactive, detail-oriented.
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
