WORK LOCATION: This is a remote home-based role. Permanently working from home from any location in Ireland.
PLEASE NOTE: It is mandatory for the candidate to live or be willing to relocate to Ireland.
CONTRACT: 6 months.
SHIFT REQUIREMENTS: Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday, typically from 8-17h. Please note, shift timings are confirmed after training, requiring flexibility.

We’re seeking Investigators to evaluate transactions and protect Amazon's global customer base, profitability, and brand, while maintaining high customer experience standards. Investigators will handle a range of duties related to identifying and eliminating online e-commerce risks.
The team operates on shifts, including weekends, to cover Amazon's 7-day weekly schedule. Shift details are provided post-training, so flexibility is essential.
As part of your role, you will have the opportunity to:
* Proficiency in English and Turkish, with strong written communication skills.
* Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
* Experience in customer service, retail, or risk management environments.
* Knowledge in fraud, finance, data analysis, research, translation, or training.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Self-disciplined, proactive, detail-oriented.
* Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills, capable of communicating complex issues clearly.
