Shape our operational success! You'll lead the inventory and profiling teams, ensuring efficient warehouse operations and playing a key role in our distribution strategy.

Your Mission

1. Drive a safe and effective distribution strategy.
2. Support perpetual inventory activities and stock reconciliation.
3. Guide and resource the profiling team.
4. Lead and develop a multi-skilled stock team.
5. Champion collaboration across operational functions.
6. Implement and deliver KPI targets for stock management.
7. Ensure Health & Safety compliance.
8. Identify opportunities for customer experience and cost improvement.
