Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
  • Conduct cycle counts and stock checks.
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
  • Support inventory audits and compliance activities.
  • Monitor stock movements and system transactions.
  • Produce inventory reports and analyse stock data.
  • Work closely with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams.
  • Follow all health, safety, and quality procedures.

Inventory Operator
Stoke on Trent
Mon-Fri, 09.00-17.30, 37.5 hours

At DSV, we keep global supply chains moving. As an Inventory Operator, you will play a key role in maintaining stock accuracy and supporting the efficient operation of our warehouse. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will help ensure we deliver exceptional service to our customers.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system
  • Conducting cycle counts and stock checks
  • Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies
  • Supporting inventory audits and compliance activities
  • Monitoring stock movements and system transactions
  • Producing inventory reports and analysing stock data
  • Working closely with warehouse, operational, and customer service teams
  • Following all health, safety, and quality procedures
