Job summary

DUNHILL is seeking a Stock Controller in Greater London to maintain an organised sales floor, optimise stock levels and support a high-performing team. You will ensure products are well displayed, replenished promptly and handled safely to enhance the customer experience.

In this role you will coach colleagues on inventory practices, coordinate workflows and respond effectively to customer questions, upholding safety standards and contributing to continuous improvement on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Stock and organise merchandise on sales floors for an appealing shopping environment.

• Perform routine inventory tasks including stocking, replenishment, and cycle counts.
• Provide training and coaching to colleagues on inventory management and merchandising.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve complex inquiries.
• Coordinate work schedules and delegate tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure strict safety procedures and PPE compliance.
• Prioritize workflow to meet quality and timeliness standards.
