Arvato is seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee stock management across our Corby and Hams Hall sites. You will directly manage two Inventory Supervisors, ensuring stock is controlled and optimized to align with operational needs.
This leadership role requires strong strategic planning, warehousing systems knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management to work with the Head of Operations and Key Account Managers. 40 hours per week, on-site.

We are looking for a highly strategic and driven InventoryManagertooverseestock management across our Corby and Hams Hall sites. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring efficient inventory planning, accuracy, and operational excellence across both locations.
You will directly manage two Inventory Supervisors (one at each site), providing guidance, structure, and support to ensure stock is controlled,optimisedand aligned with operational needs.
Your Tasks
Develop and implement strategic inventory plans, forecasting stock requirements up to 12 months in advance
Oversee stock allocation, ensuring products are directedtothe mostappropriate storagesolutions (e.g.AutoStore, racking, etc.)
Support supervisors in delivering effective weekly and monthly stock plans
Ensureaccuratecycle counting processes aremaintainedacross both sites
Maintainhigh standardsof housekeeping and stock control
Monitor and improve inventory accuracy and performance metrics
Work closely with the Head of Operations and Key Account Managers to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within inventory management processes
Proven experience in inventory control within a warehouse orlogistics environment
Strong strategic planning and forecasting skills
Experience managing or mentoring team members
Solid understanding of warehouse systems and storage solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highlyorganisedwith strong attention to detail
