Job summary

GXO is recruiting an Inventory First Line Manager for a Milton Keynes site. You will lead a warehouse team, drive continuous improvement and promote a team-based culture to deliver exceptional service to LVMH and customers.

You will manage stock integrity, oversee batch management, and use DLx WMS. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong Excel skills, and a flexible 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 shift rotation on a 5-out-of-7 pattern.

Qualifications

• Experience leading inventory teams in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Strong IT skills with Excel and WMS experience (DLx).
• Experience in batch/inventory control and stock accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of inventory colleagues to meet business goals.
• Conduct 121 discussions to develop and motivate staff.
• Maintain shift reports on people, performance and compliance.
• Coordinate with senior management to deliver excellent service to LVMH customers.
• Operate flexibly in a hands-on role when required.
• Support shift pattern: any 5 out of 7, with rotating hours.
