Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Goods In/Out Coordinator to oversee stock movement through inbound and outbound processes, coordinate picking, packing and dispatch, and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately.

You will work with other teams, maintain stock records in systems, handle issues with incoming/outgoing goods, and carry out forklift/banksman duties where trained. Full UK driving licence required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse/logistics/distribution setting.
• Good organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with different teams.
• Forklift experience and/or banksman training advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the movement of stock through the Goods In and Goods Out processes.
• Helping coordinate picking, packing and dispatch to meet customer requirements.
• Managing reserved stock and supporting the fulfilment of orders.
• Processing warehouse orders and keeping relevant systems updated.
• Working with other departments to resolve queries and keep operations running smoothly.
• Dealing with issues relating to incoming and outgoing goods.
• Helping maintain a safe, tidy and efficient warehouse environment.
• Carrying out forklift and banksman duties where you hold the appropriate training and authorisation.
• Getting involved in initiatives designed to improve warehouse processes.
