SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Inventory and Cost Accounting specialist to support the overall accounting inventory process. You will review reports, reconcile volumes, and prepare costing and journal entries across fuels and lubricants.

The role involves submitting statutory reports, managing government filings, and coordinating inventory movements in the system, with emphasis on accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of relevant employment experience.
  • Strong grasp of accounting principles and data reconciliation.
  • Keen attention to details and critical thinking.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Daily review and checking of IMMT Report.
  • Prepare and reconcile Sales Volume and Inventory Analysis.
  • Monthly preparation of Inventory Costing and ending balance.
  • Input inventory movements and costs in the system.
  • Prepare and submit Gross Margin reports (Statutory-Fuels, Statutory-Lubes, Management).
  • Prepare Journal Entries for accounts (Fuels, Lubes, AR).
  • Prepare Government Reports (ORB, DOE, Withdrawal Certificate).
  • Enroll items, depots and warehouses in UMDT.
