Job description

Do you enjoy getting to the bottom of inventory discrepancies and making sure every number adds up?

Confident working with SAP, Excel and large volumes of inventory data?

Want exposure to manufacturing plants and warehouse operations across Europe with one of the world's biggest energy drink brands?

Monster Energy is looking for an Inventory Coordinator to join its EMEA Operations team, supporting the management and control of inventory across its European manufacturing and warehousing network.

Working across markets including Poland, Italy, Ireland and the Czech Republic, you'll act as an important link between Monster and its manufacturing, warehouse and internal stakeholders, ensuring inventory movements are accurately recorded, reconciled and investigated.

This is a role for someone who enjoys working with data, solving discrepancies and understanding why the numbers don't match, not simply reporting that they don't.

The Company

Monster isn't corporate.

We're bold, fast-moving, disruptive and unapologetically ambitious.

Since launching in 2002, Monster Energy has grown into one of the world's leading energy drink brands, operating across markets throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Despite that scale, Monster has retained the mentality of a challenger brand, moving quickly, embracing change and giving people the opportunity to take real ownership of their work.

If you enjoy a fast-paced environment where attention to detail matters and you're trusted to solve problems, you'll fit right in.

The Role

Reporting to the EMEA Inventory Manager, you'll join Monster's Inventory team and help maintain accurate inventory across a network of third-party manufacturing plants and warehouses throughout Europe.

You'll work closely with manufacturing sites, warehouses and internal teams including Finance, Supply Chain and Operations, helping ensure that physical inventory movements are correctly reflected within Monster's systems.

A large part of the position is about verification, reconciliation and investigation.

You'll review inventory reports, compare data between systems and external partners, complete reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and work with the relevant stakeholders to understand and resolve the root cause.

You'll also support the financial side of inventory control, including month-end and period-end reconciliations, stock adjustments and inventory losses.

It's an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in Inventory, Stock Control, Supply Chain, Logistics or Warehousing who wants to develop within a genuinely international FMCG operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and verify inventory information across manufacturing plants and warehouse locations throughout Europe.

  • Work closely with external manufacturing and warehouse partners to validate stock levels, inventory movements and transactions.

  • Analyse inventory data and identify discrepancies, unusual movements or potential issues.

  • Complete regular inventory and stock reconciliations.

  • Investigate inventory variances and work with stakeholders to understand and resolve the root cause.

  • Accurately process inventory transactions, adjustments and reporting within SAP.

  • Compare information across SAP, Excel reports and partner data to ensure inventory records remain accurate.

  • Support Month-End, Quarter-End and Year-End stock reconciliations.

  • Review production, receipts, sales, stock losses and inventory movements to ensure they have been correctly captured.

  • Support the investigation of production yields, wastage and inventory losses.

  • Build strong working relationships with manufacturing sites, warehouses, Finance, Supply Chain and wider Operations teams.

  • Help improve inventory processes, controls and reporting as Monster's European supply chain continues to grow

What We're Looking For

  • Experience within Inventory Control, Stock Control, Supply Chain, Logistics or Warehousing.

  • Ideally 1–3 years' experience within inventory or a related operational environment.

  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numerical information.

  • Experience reconciling stock, investigating discrepancies or validating inventory movements.

  • Good Excel skills and confidence working with spreadsheets and larger datasets.

  • Experience using SAP or another ERP system would be highly advantageous.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.

  • Comfortable questioning information and investigating when something doesn't look right.

  • Strong communication skills, with the confidence to work with stakeholders across different countries, sites and functions.

  • Highly organised and comfortable managing several priorities at the same time.

  • A proactive, hands‑on individual who can work independently while still contributing to a wider team.
