Job summary

Hunter Selection is seeking an organised Inventory Controller to join its operations team in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on supporting day-to-day processes, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with suppliers and internal colleagues.

The successful candidate will monitor data, perform regular checks, produce reports, and help drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment. Salary is 32,000 GBP per year, with Monday to Friday pattern and a benefits package including

Qualifications

• Experience in coordination, operations, supply chain, logistics, or administrative role.
• Experience working with suppliers and external stakeholders.
• Confident using business systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
• Good communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and external partners.
• Coordinate inbound deliveries and ensure information is updated accurately within internal systems.
• Monitor records and investigate any discrepancies or issues that arise.
• Carry out regular checks and reviews to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Produce reports, track performance trends, and communicate potential risks.
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and maintain high standards.
