Job summary

HydraForce is seeking a Senior Cycle Counter to strengthen inventory control and drive best-in-class accuracy. You will lead root-cause analyses of discrepancies, perform frequent cycle counts, and ensure SAP S/4HANA records align with physical counts.

You will mentor junior staff and collaborate with Materials, Receiving, Production, and Shipping to fix systemic errors. Responsibilities include daily counts for high-value items, process audits, and on-site troubleshooting to enhance warehouse

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in inventory control, cycle counting or logistics in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in investigating and resolving complex inventory discrepancies.
• Practical knowledge of SAP (MM/IM/WM modules) or similar ERP systems with strong understanding of inventory transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed root-cause analyses of discrepancies identified during cycle counts.
• Audit SAP transaction histories to identify process breakdowns and improve accuracy.
• Collaborate with Materials Management, Receiving, Production and Shipping to resolve imbalances.
• Ensure SAP S/4HANA data entry is accurate and timely as final verifier of count integrity.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to Cycle Counter I and II team members.
