GXO Logistics, Inc. is recruiting a Stock Administrator to join our Sainsbury's operation in Sherburn in Elmet. This varied role combines stock control, administration and operational support to ensure products move through the warehouse accurately and efficiently.

This is a full-time, fixed-term 6-month position, working 5 days per week on rotating shifts 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00. Applicants must be able to travel independently to LS25 6JH for the shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration or stock control
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
• Good communication and teamwork
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Experience with warehouse management systems is advantageous but not required

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate stock records and update warehouse systems
• Produce daily and weekly reports supporting performance and accuracy
• Investigate stock discrepancies and support stock counts and audits
• Process returns, clearances and stock administration activities
• Respond to customer and operational queries professionally
• Work closely with warehouse teams to uphold stock integrity and service
