Job summary

AO RETAIL LIMITED is seeking a Compliance and PI Operative to ensure stock accuracy and support Inventory and Warehouse teams. You will liaise daily with Stock Controllers and quality/operational teams to resolve stock issues and prevent non-picks, keeping customers happy.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with all management levels and report issues promptly.
• Good grasp of stock management and logistics concepts.

Responsibilities

• Carry out full and partial stock-checks of bulk items and complete audit inspections with timely reports.
• Ensure stock levels are accurate at all times.
• Report counted and completed orders back to the team.
• Assist warehouse, quality and inventory teams with stock-related queries.
• Check processed, cancelled and completed orders in the racking.
• Identify process failures and suggest improvements.
