We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and hands-onInventory Clerkto join our team in Coventry. As an Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless warehouse operations by handling inventory, ensuring timely inbounding of materials, maintaining compliance, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and a strong team player who can adapt to our fast-moving fulfilment environment.
Perform regular and ad-hoc stock checks to maintain accurate inventory levels.
Maintain WMS (Warehouse Management System) accuracy and ensure data integrity across all platforms.
Conduct scheduled and unscheduled stock audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Oversee inbounding and receiving of stock, ensuring correct quantities and item integrity upon arrival.
Assist with the organization, labelling, and placement of inventory in storage locations.
Collaborate with operations teams to support daily workflows.
Take on additional duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management or a similar warehouse/stock control role.
Familiarity with inventory systems and WMS software (experience with Mintsoft is a plus but not necessary).
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills, including use of Google Suite, Slack and email.
Physically able to move inventory and stand/walk for extended periods if required.
