Inventory and Supply Chain Manager (Career Progression)

Commutable from Andover, Basingstoke, Thatcham, Marlborough, Devizes, Warminster, Salisbury, Winchester, Eastleigh, Romsey, Farnham, Newbury, Whitchurch, and more.

Do you have experience with MRP/ ERP systems and a background in supply chain, logistics, warehouse management or similar? This company is a specialist manufacturer of electro-mechanical products used within scientific fields. Due to continued growth, they have developed a new role in the company to overhaul and grow the supply chain team.

In this role, you will take charge of the inventory and logistics team, implementing and managing company MRP systems and supply chain processes. Initially, the role will not include direct reports, though you will have the opportunity to grow the team and step into a leadership position.

The Role:

1. Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours
2. Taking ownership of supply chain and inventory management
3. Overhauling and managing MRP systems
4. Growing a team in the future

The Person:

1. Background in Supply Chain or inventory management, or similar
2. Knowledge of MRP/ ERP systems
3. Experience within engineering or manufacturing sector
