Job summary

Martin Brower UK & Ireland is seeking a Stocks & Admin Clerk for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Coventry. The role is full-time and on-site, operating a 4 on 4 off shift from 6am to 6pm with a salary of £27,380 to £34,225 per year.

You will support goods-in, stock control, and reporting activities across the distribution centre, collaborating with warehouse, transport, and supplier teams. You will maintain accurate inventory records, assist with cycle counts and KPI reporting, and help ensure

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, stock control, data entry, or logistics support.
• Comfortable using warehouse management systems or similar business systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin support for goods-in, stock control, and warehouse ops.
• Coordinate deliveries and appointments with suppliers and internal teams.
• Monitor stock levels and investigate discrepancies to support accuracy.
• Assist with cycle counts, stock reporting, and new product introductions.
• Produce operational and KPI reports to support decision-making and service performance.
• Collaborate with QA, Warehouse, and Transport teams to resolve issues and maintain standards.
• Ensure clear handovers and participate in team briefings across shifts.
