Job summary

HSB Technical is seeking an Intruder Alarm Installation Engineer in Cambridge on a permanent full-time basis. You will install intruder alarm systems across commercial and residential sites, perform preventative maintenance, and respond to call-outs as part of a rotation.

The role requires proven experience with intruder alarms and fault finding in electronic security systems, with knowledge of Risco being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven experience installing and servicing intruder alarm systems.
• Knowledge of Risco systems advantageous.
• Experience fault finding within electronic security systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Install intruder alarm systems across client sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance and servicing of security systems.
• Attend breakdowns and call-outs as part of rota.
• Diagnose and resolve faults across security systems.
• Carry out small electrical remedial works when required.
