Job summary
Elite Hire Solutions is seeking an experienced Intruder Alarm Engineer for UK-wide travel on a permanent basis. The role focuses on installing, commissioning, and training customers on Honeywell Galaxy intrusion systems.
You will handle CSL DualCom signalling, testing, and fault finding while delivering high-quality customer handovers across sites in the UK. The ideal candidate has proven installation and commissioning skills, is able to work independently, and holds a full UK driving licence.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Intruder Alarm Engineer.
- Strong experience with Honeywell Galaxy systems.
- Experience with CSL DualCom signalling.
- Confident carrying out installations and commissioning.
- Able to work independently and complete installations from start to finish.
- Willingness to travel throughout the UK.
- Full UK driving licence.

INTRUDER ALARM ENGINEER
UK-WIDE TRAVEL | PERMANENT POSITION
We are currently looking for an experienced Intruder Alarm Engineer to join our client's growing team.
This is a great opportunity for an engineer with strong Honeywell Galaxy experience who is confident carrying out installations, commissioning and customer training.
- Installation of intruder alarm systems
- Commissioning and programming of systems
- Working with Honeywell Galaxy intruder alarm systems
- Experience with CSL DualCom signalling
- Testing and fault finding
- Customer handovers and staff training
- Providing technical support and advice to customers
- Travelling to sites across the UK
- Previous experience as an Intruder Alarm Engineer
- Strong experience with Honeywell Galaxy systems

- Confident carrying out installations and commissioning

- Full UK driving licence
- Relevant Intruder Alarm / Security Systems qualification, such as an NVQ or equivalent
- BSIA/industry-recognised security systems training desirable
- Relevant manufacturer training/certification for Honeywell Galaxy systems desirable
- ECS/CSCS card where applicable
- Full UK driving licence
Experience with fire alarm systems would be a real bonus, particularly for an engineer who is keen to develop their skills across both security and fire.
