Job summary

Qualifications

• MBBS or Equivalent
• GMC Registration
• MRCP or Equivalent
• Higher Specialist Training in Cardiology
• Experience in Medical Audit
• Evidence of relevant research activity

Responsibilities

• Work under the direct supervision of interventional cardiologists to gain broad exposure to complex cardiac interventions.
• Spend 4–6 laboratory sessions per week undertaking procedures.
• Include 1 outpatient clinic per week where possible.
• No regular ward commitments, with occasional inpatient care as needed.
• Opportunities tailored to interests; strong structural/interventional service.
• Possibility to join registrar on‑call rota (not mandatory).
