The Ridgeway School & Sixth Form College in Swindon invites applications for an Intervention Lead to drive targeted interventions and enrichment for pupils. You will plan, coordinate and evaluate interventions to improve engagement, attendance, behaviour and outcomes, especially for vulnerable and disadvantaged students.
The role focuses on leading on planning, delivering and evaluating interventions, with collaboration across pastoral staff and teaching teams to remove barriers to learning.

Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37 hours a week term time only. Monday to Thursday 8.00am till 4.00pm. Fridays 8.00am to 3.30pm
Salary: WHFNJC M Grade

This is a key role focused on supporting pupils to overcome barriers to learning through targeted interventions and meaningful enrichment opportunities.
You will lead on the planning, coordination and evaluation of interventions and student experiences that improve engagement, attendance, behaviour and outcomes- particularly for vulnerable and disadvantaged students.
