Job summary

Tokio Marine HCC International is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and shape the recruitment function across the UK and Europe, spanning Experienced Hires, Early Careers and Contingent Workforce. The role demands strategic direction coupled with hands-on delivery to ensure a high-quality, business-focused service and a direct-sourcing led model.

Qualifications

• Lead Talent Acquisition teams across multiple locations.
• Experience in Insurance, Financial Services or a regulated environment.
• Proven ability to lead strategic direction and day-to-day operational delivery of a TA function.
• Strong direct sourcing and proactive talent attraction capabilities.
• Experience coaching and developing Talent Acquisition professionals.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the International Talent Acquisition function across the UK and Europe, covering Experienced Hires, Early Careers and the Contingent Workforce.
• Set and deliver the Talent Acquisition strategy and operating priorities.
• Provide clear leadership to the TA team with defined priorities and accountability.
• Own end-to-end recruitment delivery aligned to business needs.
• Champion a direct sourcing led approach and engage external partners selectively.
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers and advise on strategy.
