Job summary

Nichols is seeking an International Supply Chain & Operations Planner to manage end-to-end order fulfilment across multiple international markets. You will collaborate with customers, co-manufacturing partners, freight providers and internal teams to ensure service excellence and visibility throughout the supply chain.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships, navigating export requirements and driving on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, export or customer service is required.
• Strong end-to-end order fulfilment knowledge is beneficial.
• Knowledge of export documentation and Incoterms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer order process from placement to delivery.
• Serve as main point of contact for international customers with order updates.
• Coordinate production and supply with co-manufacturing partners.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers and customs for international shipments.
• Ensure export documentation is accurate and compliant with destination country rules.
• Monitor orders and shipments, proactively addressing potential issues.
• Maintain accurate data in systems to provide visibility for stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with Commercial, Finance, Quality, Operations and external partners.
• Support new product launches and other supply chain initiatives.
