Our client, a respected institution within the Higher Education sector, is seeking a Head of International Student Success on a maternity cover contract. This is a pivotal leadership position, driving international student support, UKVI compliance, study abroad and exchange partnerships, and the broader internationalisation strategy across the university. You will play a central role in shaping student success and retention while leading a specialist team and acting as the key contact for UKVI.

Role Overview

• Lead and develop international student support services to enhance the student experience and outcomes.
• Drive strategies that improve international student success, retention and integration within the university community.
• Oversee UKVI compliance and act as the primary institutional contact for UKVI matters.
• Manage study abroad and exchange partnerships, ensuring high-quality opportunities for students.
• Provide strategic leadership for internationalisation across the university.
• Manage and inspire a specialist team within our client's team.
