The University of Bath is seeking a proactive coordinator to help thousands of students build connections and a sense of belonging, with a focus on international students. Based in Student Support, you will design and deliver a diverse programme of activities and events across the university in partnership with The Students' Union.

You will coordinate networks and initiatives, gather feedback, and work with stakeholders to enhance the student experience from arrival onward.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering events, projects or community-building initiatives.
• Confident supporting students from diverse backgrounds.
• Passion for inclusive communities where students feel welcome and able to thrive.
• Ability to build relationships with students, colleagues and partners.
• Uses feedback and data to improve services and initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver a programme of welcome events for international students.
• Develop and evaluate annual activities to support wellbeing, connection and community.
• Coordinate student networks, buddy schemes and the International Student Group.
• Gather and use student feedback to improve services for international students and distance learners.
• Work with university-wide partners to co-create events and interventions.
