Realm Recruit Limited is recruiting a Serious Injury Solicitor in Manchester to expand a high-value, cross-border practice. You will join a nationally recognised team handling complex claims involving jurisdiction and applicable law.
Training will be provided as you learn international litigation within a supportive environment. The role offers a substantial salary band (£50k–£60k) with a bonus scheme and hybrid working, typically 1–2 days in the Manchester office.
If you’re a Serious Injury Solicitor looking for a technical challenge beyond conventional UK litigation, this role gives you the opportunity to add an international dimension to your expertise.
You’ll join a nationally recognised team handling complex, high-value claims involving serious and catastrophic injuries across borders. The work regularly raises challenging questions around jurisdiction, applicable law and liability, with cases that can test the boundaries of existing law.
You don’t need previous international litigation experience. Strong multi-track Serious Injury experience from either a Claimant or Defendant background is the priority, with structured training and supervision provided as you learn the complexities of cross-border claims. You’ll initially adopt an existing caseload before gradually taking responsibility for international matters from start to finish.
The role has become available following an internal progression, and you’ll work directly with an experienced senior international injury specialist. Longer term, there’s plenty of scope to deepen your specialism and progress within a growing team.
