Job summary

Ecosurety is seeking an International Project Coordinator to join the International Compliance Management team in a Bristol hybrid role. You will coordinate client delivery across countries and regulatory frameworks, onboarding new customers, tracking submissions, and escalating risks as needed.

You'll work with policy, data, client services and technology teams to keep work moving, ensure deadlines are met and deliver high-quality service to global brands navigating environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international client delivery across multiple customers, countries and regulatory frameworks.
• Onboard new customers by coordinating actions, timelines and responsibilities.
• Track submissions, registrations, deadlines and customer actions.
• Identify risks and blockers and escalate clearly.
• Support customers and internal teams with progress visibility.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and templates.
