Portfolio Group is recruiting for a Global Payroll Specialist on a permanent basis. The role supports UK & international payroll during a transformational project, with hybrid working and a generous benefits package including a bonus.

You will own the UK monthly payroll end-to-end, act as the main payroll contact, and assist with coordinating international payrolls as the project progresses.

Responsabilités

• Own UK monthly payroll end-to-end.
• Be the main contact for payroll queries.
• Coordinate and process international payrolls.
• Handle salary changes, bonuses, starters and leavers.
• Perform payroll reconciliations.
• Manage relationships with external vendors.
• Prepare regular payroll reports.
• Suggest improvements to payroll processes.

A leading media business, who are a leader in their field, are currently recruiting for a Global Payroll Specialist to join them on a permanent basis.

This client is going through an exciting transformational project, and this role will support with the BAU UK & International payroll while the project takes place.

Day to day responsibilities of the Global Payroll Specialist are:

• Ownership of UK monthly payroll – processes in house and fully start to finish
• Main contact for all payroll related queries
• Support manager with coordinating and processing international payrolls
• Manage any salary changes, bonuses, starter & leavers, commissions
• Perform payroll related reconciliations
• Manage relationship with external vendors
• Prepare payroll reports on a regular basis
• Suggest improvements and recommendations where needed
