Job summary

Portfolio Payroll is seeking an International Payroll Specialist to join on a fixed-term basis of 12 months. You will own and prepare payrolls across the EMEA region, working with in-country partners to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You will handle benefit administration, starter/leaver information, HMRC submissions, and drive improvements with the Payroll Manager in a collaborative, hybrid-working environment.

Qualifications

• Ownership and preparation of payrolls across the EMEA region
• Collaboration with in-country partners to ensure accurate payroll processing
• Benefit administration including starter/leaver information
• Ensure all statutory deductions are made accurately
• HMRC submissions and compliance
• Drive continuous improvements within the payroll department
• Work with Payroll Manager to implement improvements
