Job summary

Destination Sport Group is seeking an experienced payroll professional to coordinate payroll operations across our international businesses from our Chester hub. You will act as the main contact for outsourced payroll providers, ensuring accurate, on-time payroll delivery and compliance with local tax, social security, pension and employment laws.

Working with HR and Finance, you will drive process improvements, maintain data integrity, and support system upgrades while expanding payroll

Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end payroll experience with UK legislation and pensions.
• Experience with outsourced payroll providers and US/international payrolls desirable.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel and handling of confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee payroll across international businesses.
• Serve as main contact for outsourced payroll providers.
• Ensure payrolls comply with local tax, social security, pension, and employment law.
• Maintain payroll data accuracy and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to process payroll changes.
• Support payroll system improvements and documentation.
• Drive payroll controls and compliance across the group.
