Job summary

You will partner with senior leadership to move complex programmes to deadline, build governance, and provide clear reporting on progress, risks and actions.

This role requires strong organizational skills, financial-markets knowledge, and a proactive, delivery-focused mindset to drive efficiency and alignment

Qualifications

• Significant experience in business management, operations strategy or programme governance.
• Ability to coordinate across regions with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical capability and data-driven reporting.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Financial-markets knowledge is helpful.
• Proactive, delivery-focused and structured approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-regional initiatives across International Operations with clear ownership and milestones.
• Provide governance and coordination support on operational priorities.
• Deliver structured reporting and senior stakeholder updates to improve transparency.
• Track progress, risks, dependencies and blockers end-to-end.
• Support a major operations transformation and location-strategy programme.
• Enhance management information and activity-tracking tooling for capacity planning.
• Support regional capacity planning and headcount analysis.
• Produce high-quality weekly, monthly and quarterly leadership reports with insights.
