EJ Legal is recruiting an Associate into its Infrastructure, Energy, Resources & Projects practice in London.

The team is one of the largest and most established in the market, advising on major UK and international transactions across infrastructure, energy and the energy transition.

This broad transactional role offers exposure to infrastructure and energy M&A, structured financings, project development, and cross‑border matters for a leading City or US firm.

Qualifications

• Requires approximately 2–4 PQE gained at a leading City or US firm.
• Relevant infrastructure, energy, resources and/or projects experience.
• Strong academic background.

Responsibilities

• Support infrastructure and energy M&A transactions.
• Assist with structured transactions and equity financings.
• Work on project development and major infrastructure projects.
• Handle cross-border matters and energy transition transactions.
