Qualifications

• Strong energy, infrastructure, corporate or projects experience at a leading law firm.
• Experience in energy-sector M&A, joint ventures and/or project development.
• Exposure to complex domestic or cross-border transactions.
• High-quality drafting and transaction-management skills.
• Strong commercial judgement and attention to detail.
• Ability to take responsibility for substantive workstreams.
• Interest in developing a broad, long-term energy and infrastructure practice.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating acquisition, joint venture, shareholder and project documentation.
• Managing key workstreams across complex, multi-party transactions.
• Coordinating with clients, counterparties, local counsel and specialist teams.
• Supporting transactions from initial structuring through signing, closing and implementation.
• Advising clients on the commercial and legal issues affecting major energy and infrastructure investments.
• Supervising and developing junior lawyers, where appropriate.
