EJ Legal is recruiting an Associate for its Infrastructure, Energy, Resources & Projects practice in London. The role offers exposure to a broad range of transactions across infrastructure and energy markets within a leading market team.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 PQE from a top City or US firm with strong academics and relevant infrastructure or energy experience, enabling work across M&A, project development and cross-border matters.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2–4 PQE gained at a leading City or US firm.
• Experience in infrastructure, energy, resources and/or projects.
• Strong academic background.

Responsibilities

• Assist on infrastructure and energy M&A transactions.
• Work on structured transactions and equity financings.
• Contribute to project development and major infrastructure projects.
• Engage in international and cross-border matters.
